Dynamic work environment with plenty of support available. A healthy mix of modern and legacy systems, good roadmap to replace legacy systems. Great benefit scheme, and very good on all the things you would expect a large and successful company to be good at. Great opportunities for advancement.
Cons
Awkward product structure creates friction between teams and decision makers. Pay is average. Demand on engineering teams can be greater than supply. Huge over reliance on third parties to supplement (ongoing) development teams.
