1. working within the sports industry allows you to be exposed to different countries, professionals, and requests and it is a positively challenging 2. amazing colleagues, I loved working with them 3. fully remote to combine work and family time at its best
Cons
1. layoffs are normal at Kitman Labs, with HR handling the whole process very poorly 2. American leadership has ruined the good culture at the company, with all-hands meetings always shiny and positive, when the reality was the opposite 3. no trust from clients, with lot of empty promises from the company
