      There are no pros for this company

      Cons

      This is an investment venture pretending to be a software company. The company is owned and run by venture capitalists and the focus is on minimising expense, while expanding as hard as they can. There is no real focus on delivering any sort of real and meaningful product update, and there is no focus on software development beyond what is the bare minimum required.

      Pros

      Outside of Exec and leadership level - the people are great. The pro sports league and club customers are interesting and of course demanding.

      Cons

      where to begin. Exec are so hungry for customers to sign up and over promise, and under deliver time and again. The pressure to deliver filters down, and Kitman gets more than a pound of flesh from employees. The best or possibly only way to get a salary increase is to threaten to leave/hand your notice in. Its hard to have any faith in the leadership team who are apparently very aligned with each other - just not the rest of the business. 3 rounds of redundancies in 18 months.

      Good benefits, decent pay, no pressure.

      Cons

      Product is not what they say it is. Smoke and mirrors. Poor management structure. Pointless ladders. Constantly recruiting new developers at the expense of under utilising the ones they have.
