Pros

Their exhalation feeds the trees.

Cons

Exceptionally low pay, no reimbursement for wifi, electricity, office supplies. If power/cable went out we had to take personal time. Repetitive duties, same actions over and over again.

Pros

Don’t waste your time with this company.

Cons

Fraudulent company. I was given a round of chemo a day prior to a QBR presentation. Although I was presenting the QBR remotely, I had kindly asked if I could maintain my camera off as I wasn’t feeling well from the chemo. I was denied, while upper management of course kept her camera off. You’re asked to submit your time to bill your clients. Some clients require more work than others. If one client has lower funds to bill, they’ll ask you to bill another client, so essentially they’re stealing from other clients. Ethical right? After a year of being there, they had a massive meeting informing everyone their titles would be changed (dumb down) and more work would be added. Theres weaponized urgency. Everything is a fire drill, which conveniently excuses poor planning and last minute demands. There’s zero psychological safety, ask questions and you’re seen as incompetent. Push back and you’re “not a team player.” There’s the high turnover with a fake smile. People disappear every few months and leadership insists it’s “just not the right fit.” Don’t waste your time with this fraudulent company.
