1. Place is filled with H-1B employees. US citizens are hired as temps and let go every 3 or 6 months. 2. The BSA manager throws his weight around everyone to get what he wants. If you get on the wrong side of him you are eliminated. 3. The Development and SQA team in Somerset are unfriendly 4. Pay and bonuses are very low when you compare it with industry standards.

-Very little opportunity to grow one’s career. Management does their best to keep you running in place rather than progressing forward -They give you just enough to keep you hanging on, but you’ll never get what you truly want or deserve -Management smiles to your face but plots against you behind your back -The contact center is not treated the same as the rest of the company, so when other departments are allowed to work from home or leave early, the contact center remains in its same place -Difficult to take PTO because upper management is out of the office constantly, and supervisors have to be in the office when director and such are not -Many complaints but the last one I will post is regarding HR. Awful department with phony employees who do not care about you. All this company cares about is putting money into the pockets of upper level employees who already make a lot of money. Everyone else is left struggling to care for their families. Save yourself! Do not apply!
