Very reliant on SAP Education sales org who has been at times very inconsistent. Wish I had more control of their selling techniques at time - to insure success.

I have worked for over 2 years in Knoa. I worked in larger companies before joining Knoa. I would definitely rate Knoa much higher than all the other companies I worked with before joining Knoa. Such a comfortable environment to work. Knoa management have been able to gather a elite class of technical talent in knoa. Management is easily accessible and is not resistant to work with you personally to make work life easier. I also appreciate the social events in Knoa, where else would you get a chair massage while at work on company expense every other week, and that is just one example. I would recommend working for Knoa to all my technical friends. All the employees are professional and extremely knowledgeable. There is always a chance to learn something new everyday.

Only con I could think of is that sometimes you have to work way out of your comfort zone because Knoa does not have separate team for every single module but you get to learn so much new technology that even this becomes a major PRO.
