At first great then CEO slowly wound down the company. No leadership or direction

The relationship with sap is why I joined however the CEO after two years still hasn't worked out the dynamics of this crucial partnership

Cons

Everyone has been made redundant and company has gone into 'maintenance' mode - the board needs to wake upto the lack of leadership from the CEO

Location is the only thing going for this company. It's a whole new atmosphere inside.

Cons

Lots of layoffs. The company is about to shut down. Some talentless people who should have never been hired were hired in leadership positions which contributed to this downward spiral. And the management is busy in writing good reviews on glassdoor instead of trying to save the company and employees.
