Poor money management seen from day one. Certain personalities were there to prove something as opposed to get the goal of work done. I voluntarily left when seeing what was going on with the numbers. They used COVID as an excuse for a major layoff when in reality it was going to happen anyway. Oh yeah, and unlimited PTO was more of a bait and switch considering was still expected to be answering folks when finally took a week off. Worked at least 10 hour days 3 weeks out of the month.
