Pros

Having moved to Mid Florida recently, I asked people I knew where I should apply for a full-time position. KnowBe4, I noticed was more often recommended to me and had excellent reviews from people I knew. Whether they worked with the owner or staff in the prior company, Sunbelt, or knew someone working at KnowBe4 now, it was all positive. No mixed reviews, no warnings or stories. Later, I found out a friend had joined KnowBe4 and was enthusiastic about working there. She was so happy. She couldn't say enough about the company and the amount of fun the staff has on a weekly basis. That she has on a daily basis. She is a salesperson, too. High expectations, the pressure for the company's gross income, etc. It wasn't like this for her. It was fun. She loved going to work each day. I applied and the process was thorough, but fast. It was direct, open, transparent. All of the people I met from the receptionists to the head of HR to my future manager, (and staff I met in the elevator), were upbeat and welcoming, friendly. HR wanted to be sure they were hiring quality candidates. I respect that as a prospective employee. The people are everything and I want to work with kind, professional, productive co-workers. The CEO is approachable, professional, direct, humorous, intelligent, and gives encouragement daily. He keeps his hand in each aspect of the business. Transparency is evident, throughout the business. You know where you stand, you know where each area stands and where the company is headed. We are on the 12th floor - it's all for KnowBe4. The 11th floor is being remodeled now. The 5-year plan is wonderfully intense. This is a market KnowBe4 is owning and I see it'll only get better for everyone involved. The employees matter at this company and so do the customers. The feedback from customers is great! One knows it isn't just about the bottom line here. It is exciting to me to be here now at KnowBe4. Each day I enjoy being here more. The fast-pace, game-like spirit, wanting to get the job done right and have fun while doing it, is a JOY! Not to mention the rewards. It's hard to believe the rewards. Cash opportunities for all of the staff as the company expands daily, weekly, monthly...wow! Never before have I experienced this. One wants to contribute and add to the rise of the company - it is exciting when we acquire new customers! Everybody feels apart of the results. I am so glad to be here!!!

I haven't found any. No one has told me about any. It has been all positive.

This is an amazing review. Since this review we now have 6 floors in 2 building and are working on a 7th and 8th and just hired employee #700. We have kept up with and expanded on all of the great things that built this culture from the ground up. I would love to have an updated review from you!

Out of about 100 AE's only 10 hit Quota, OTE is a joke there. It's possible to hit quota if you are lucky with your inbound leads, but if you want to hit quota every month you have to do something moreso out of the box. I was trained by hard closers and have a lot of expierence with cold calls so i came up with my own script and was getting a demo a day, and was doing a demo a day. The demos did lead to sales as well, so it wasn't a waste of time. I got fired because of a "lack of professionalism" I spoke off script all the time because speaking on script leads you in to the Kool-aid drinkers club, aka not hitting quota consistently. I was fired without warning, even though I was told I had an incredible work ethic and was exceeding the ramp-up numbers. I just didnt match their sales style, they are not looking for salespeople, they are looking for sales associates. They make you work 9-hour days, 1 hour mandatory lunch that has to be taken in the middle of the day. 9-6pm. Their handbook even says you are allowed to take this lunch at 5 pm to go home sooner, but the managers never let that happen. DO NOT BE CREATIVE AT THIS JOB, DRINK THE JUICE.
