Pros

You will learn dealing with tough job situation, because you actually will be in one, each and every second of your day there.

Cons

1. Worst management 2. No respect for employees 3. Main concern is on the number of hours you work and not on your performance 4. Few weeks in the company and you will start feeling like a slave, be ready to be called upon every Saturday. And a few public holidays for that matter. 5. No proper structure - anywhere in the company, may that be management, code-base, teams etc. 6. Even after working for 12hours 6 days a week, you may still be refused the blessing of a "leave" even if your "leave balance" is overflowing. 7. Each day is a fight for survival.

Pros

Great people working there, and a lot of effort to build a great culture.

Cons

Lack of trust combined with lack of support or recognition for the RevOps team. I really enjoyed working there for the team, but the amount of work expected versus compensation and involvement of high leadership on minutiae was limiting. Our team was told what to do, even when we tried to articulate better solutions based on current and previous experiences.

Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. While this review reflects a period of significant transition within the organization over a year ago, we appreciate the candid perspective and recognize that there were areas where the RevOps team needed stronger support, clearer ownership structures, and more autonomy in execution. Since that time, the RevOps organization and leadership structure have evolved considerably. We’ve made meaningful changes to how teams collaborate, how processes are designed, and how decisions are made, with a much stronger emphasis on empowering teams closest to the work to drive solutions and improvements. We’ve also invested heavily in operational structure, cross-functional alignment, and clearer accountability to create a more scalable and supportive environment. We’re grateful for the contributions of former team members who helped identify opportunities for improvement during that phase of growth, and we remain committed to continuously improving the employee experience as the company evolves.
