No pros, plenty of cons. You are bounced around from bus to bus and from School District to School District.

The work environment is dangerous. Many of the drivers are extremely overweight and would not be able to move freely during and emergency. Some drivers are in there eighties that are poor of hearing and visually impaired. The trainings provided are inferior at best. Management does not have clue how to provide a nurturing environment for growth.
