Pros
- most of the training suited me coming from a no code background - gave me a completely new skillset - was placed immediately with a client - after my 2 year placement I transitioned to become a permanent employee at client on a good salary - getting paid whilst training is a huge enabler
Cons
- Whilst on placement my contact with Kubrick was fairly minimal, however i didn't do much too reach out myself I was was happy with how things were going - I had a very good experience with Kubrick from start to finish, however I know many people that were stuck on the bench for extended periods
