Pros

-training four months in London was so fun yet rigorous. I learned so much in such a short amount of time, but the skills make me a great candidate for jobs I never would have been able to do without training. -you get a pay raise every 6 months for the first two years -the people and young and fun. The culture is great in the NYC office if you are able to live close by. -my specific client placement is pretty chill and has a history using Kubrick consultants.

Cons

-sometimes there is a lack of communication between head staff and consultants. -you could get a placement offer that falls through right before you're start date. or you could get a placement opportunity that you don't want, but I have heard of people declining them (especially if there are other consultants who can/want that client instead). -starting pay is low, but the salary raises and expectations are very clear from the start. -some people are on "the bench" for several months, while others only lasted a few weeks. Nobody has been laid off in a while, though!

Pros

This is a good place to go to grow and explore new skills lots of great people to work with here and it was a great place to start my career. The business has grown and changed over the past 3 years I’ve been here and before it had a more start up feel, now it’s reforming to more of the consultancy track.

Cons

Low pay compared to other consultancies.

Pros

There’s are some good pros to this job, You have the chance to get flown out to London for 15 weeks of mediocre training and you will meet some of the most amazing people and make lots of friends.

Cons

-During my training we sat around for a week because the person in charge of our project left the company so they didn’t know what to do with us. - this company is notorious for doing layoffs, and one round of layoffs just happened because they way over hired. They then proceeded to blame it on conflict in the Middle East.
