Pros
I believe that Kubrick is great job to gain exposure to numerous clients with little experience due to their inclusive hiring process ( stem/no stem degrees). Its acts as a great stepping stone as they work with a reputable amount of clients with the potential end goal of going permanent with these clients
Cons
- Initial training pay is considerably low however does increase once you are client placed - Bench time is currently steady ( < 2 months) however has improved as there is increasing client demand - Very few internal benefits - sometime there is a lack of clarity with client placements( when they start, what the roles are etc)
