This is a good place to go to grow and explore new skills lots of great people to work with here and it was a great place to start my career. The business has grown and changed over the past 3 years I’ve been here and before it had a more start up feel, now it’s reforming to more of the consultancy track.

There is an absolute lack of "transparency" between resourcing and the junior consultants, despite it being their favorite corporate buzzword to throw around. There is also a consistent pattern of overpromising client opportunity to consultants, and ultimately underdelivering on those claims. Placements for my whole cohort were promised within a month of rotating to bench, instead half of us got laid off 4 months post-training.
