Pros
I've had a really good time at Kubrick overall. I've felt welcomed from the start, respected and valued for my work and my opinion. Due to the business structure, I got to interact with many people and create a large network. Very productive and collaborative environment where work-life-balance is considered. There are truly some of the most amazing people that I have met in this company.
Cons
Pay is a bit on the lower end for a PE backed business. There is often a lack of transparency from leadership down to the people who are needing to do what is asked of them. Sudden changes are made every few months causing a bit of turbulence, but isn't that bad for HQ staff.
