Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, although we are sorry to hear your experience has not been so positive. We strive to be as open and transparent as possible with our consultants and introduced additional methods of communication as a direct result of COVID, to ensure people were informed of any changes. During the height of the global pandemic and unprecedented recession the economy has been experiencing, we did have to make some difficult choices. These were not reached lightly, and we took every possible step to avoid them. We do apologise if you do not feel we were transparent enough at the time. Finally, we would never leave a fake review on Glassdoor.
