We are sorry to hear your experience has not been positive so far.
As an organisation, we genuinely care about ensuring our employees are kept in the loop with any changes. Since COVID, we have introduced monthly company-wide webinars that are delivered by the senior leadership team and designed to keep staff updated, and always run a Q&A at the end of the session to capture any additional feedback/ensure the session is interactive. Your assigned Consultant Relationship Manager will also share information as and when it becomes available, so we can assure you are not being kept in the dark on matters.
In terms of the training bond, we are transparent about this from the beginning and always ensure people understand why it is in place before they sign their contract. When we hire people, we take on a sizeable risk as we train you at zero cost and pay you a full salary for the duration of your training. As a business, we do not see a ROI from that investment until a consultant has worked on client assignment for a significant period, hence the need for commercial protection.
We also take great care in ensuring the organisations we work with are suitable for our consultants, both in terms of projects and culture. If we felt a particular organisation was not right for Kubrick or our consultants, we would not partner with them.
Once again, we are sorry your experience has been negative so far. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, we encourage you to contact your Consultant Relationship Manager, or reach out to reach out to another member of the People Team.
Thank you.
