Pros

Great training to get little to some experience with different applications and languages. Once you get placed you do get thrown in the deep end but Kubrick and Aer Lingus for me were extremely helpful to me in things i didnt understand. You can then hone in and gain valuable experience in the applications your company uses. By the end of my 2 years i was leading my own projects from within my team at Aer Lingus. Kubrick also help sponsor a certification which definitely helps with upskilling

Cons

I was on the bench for 5 months. Which was not an issue as i had plenty of time to upskill, but also annoying as i just wanted to be placed at a company. It was only because of a lack of roles available at the time but im not sure if the company policy has changed now so the training intake groups are not as large so people are not waiting on the bench for so long to be placed.

Pros

This is a good place to go to grow and explore new skills lots of great people to work with here and it was a great place to start my career. The business has grown and changed over the past 3 years I’ve been here and before it had a more start up feel, now it’s reforming to more of the consultancy track.

Cons

Low pay compared to other consultancies.

Pros

The only pro was the paid training.

Cons

Long periods with little to no client work, poor office and work culture that seems to stem from the top down, and very limited transparency. Consultant placement often felt disorganized, biased, and at times questionable. There was little structure, limited career development, and few meaningful growth opportunities. Clients were often overcharged for work that did not always feel high-quality, and consultants were not consistently given the support needed to succeed client-side. In some cases, senior leaders advised consultants to simply “use ChatGPT” when facing client-side issues, rather than providing real guidance or support.
