Pros
Being able to work 4 - 10 hour days. The people are great. Freedom to not be micro managed all day. Pride in your project.
Cons
Low pay, and very low raises. Vacation policy very outdated. High work loads and unreasonable expectations. Small staff for large projects. Low 401k percent matching. No way to move up positions are locked in.
