      Pros

      Busy environment with great team vibe and everyone pulling in the same direction. Based on an industrial park in Telford so parking is free.

      Cons

      No canteen providing hot meals, however microwaves are provided to heat up food brought in from home.

      A good place in between jobs, a terrible place to try to build a career

      Flexible scheduling, great coworkers, fast paced environment, relative independence with your work (at least in terms of not having managers breath down your neck)

      Cons

      Terrible pay with laughable raises, full-time status does not give full-time benefits until you gain seniority, inconsistent standards on how things are done/what is expected of you, extremely rude customers (the rudest I have ever encountered, much due to the area), owners/corporate are very distant/condescending to staff
