Free food. Flex hours. If you're incompetent and want to hide out, you can get paid for it. Or, if you have zero experience and do not challenge the core management team, personality wise or any other wise, you may get opportunities that you would not get in an established professional company. Interesting technology from an engineering aspect, if it can work.
Cons
Core Management Team from IV has zero (not an exaggeration) management, industry, or business experience. In other words, this is their first job. Very high turnover rate, which includes primarily very experienced technical and non-technical personnel. The culture is negative and most people are looking for other jobs. As alluded to in previous reviews, there is a bully in the core team who gets away with treating people like dirt and greatly influences decisions. Another review talks about replacing the first management team being a good thing. That would be true, except that the core team is still the same and has adopted the same attitudes, waste, elitism, etc., of the initial team. In fact, more so. Don't let the planted positive reviews confuse you. Massive people left of their own free will for a reason. If you're a professional and value your career, you may want to rethink taking a job here.
