Pros

cool technology, though maybe impractical for many situations, lots of cash from investors who have deep pockets, lots of supplies

Cons

tech: way less reliable than lte, allows a futuristic version of a satellite dish with all the same problems of satellite dishes company: i am very disappointed to be asked to leave a good review on glassdoor by our own HR to make us look good. dishonest. this place has lots of problems that others have accurately described so i wont go over them a lot of the most brilliant people i got to worked with quit or were fired and the company is left with "do the minimum" kind of people. "what can I do to get the job to appear done?" looks like what people ask themselves around here. the company may have millions of dollars in the bank from investors not paying attention but it is deep in the red in technical debt

Pros

Technology, sharp co-workers, free food,

Cons

I really hate writing a bad review on my own company but need to let others know. Please avoid this place. This used to be a great company that had employees excited about working here and where the company is going. Not so much anymore. It really has become a very toxic environment. The HR department is not only NOT caring about the climate of the organization and the employees, it’s responsible. It really boils down to this, if you are not in with the ‘bullies’ or disagree in any way– (see other comments), the HR department will get you out and fast. Aren’t HR departments responsible for helping employees not creating an atmosphere of fear and paranoia? They are delusional if they think there is a never ending supply of RF talent in the Seattle area.
