Pros

LEAP is a company that truly invests in its employees. I have never worked somewhere that puts this much effort into sales training, coaching, and professional development. There is a real focus on helping people grow, improve, and succeed in their roles. The compensation and benefits are also some of the best in the industry. LEAP offers very competitive salaries, strong benefits, and a level of employee support that really stands out. The HR department is kind, caring, and responsive, and leadership genuinely cares about employees both professionally and personally. It is also exciting to work for a company that continues to be a true innovator in legal tech. The product is strong, the company keeps evolving, and there is a real sense of pride in helping law firms operate more efficiently and profitably.

Cons

The standards at LEAP are very high, and that can come with pressure. This is a company that cares deeply about performance, growth, and accountability, so you do feel the expectations. Even though there is not a lot of micromanaging, there is definitely a lot of visibility and oversight. The team culture can also be a little intimidating at first because there are a lot of polished, confident, high-performing people here. But in a way, that is also part of what makes the company exciting. You are surrounded by people who are sharp, driven, and really good at what they do, which pushes you to keep growing too.

Pros

- Remote and flexible working environment with daily team huddles to stay connected and keep on-track with goals. The leadership team meet daily, as do each team. - Although there is a set hierarchy of roles, the structure feels flat. There are no egos and everyone is on a level playing field. - Although the company has been around for awhile, the product feels new and is still growing and always evolving. Tons of opportunity for the US market. - Similar to a start-up feel where each person can "wear a lot of hats" - this is a pro for me but could be a con for someone else.

Cons

- The HQ is in Australia, so the US is limited sometimes in terms of product-market fit. It can be frustrating in terms of tech innovation. - Priorities are centered around quarterly sprints, which can mean teams are focused on short-term metrics instead of long term goals. These sprint goals often change or contradict each other. - The company is very sales-focused and oriented, when more time really needs to be spent on improving the product.

Pros

There are many! Working from home. This gives me the ability to do my job without worrying about what my family needs. Growth opportunities! We are encouraged to apply to other departments. We have open communication with our team and leadership to review our goals and discuss other opportunities we may be interested in. My co-workers. I am blessed to work with a wonderful team and truly enjoy my job every day! The PTO is a great benefit as well.

Cons

Compensation Misaligned with Responsibility While the role offers a dynamic environment with significant impact, the current compensation structure does not fully reflect the extensive responsibilities required of the help desk team. As the primary point of contact, we are directly responsible for first impressions, client experience, and long-term retention. Managing these numerous moving parts successfully warrants a salary that is better aligned with the high level of accountability and value we bring to the business. Additionally I would say the work hours. We have a long day of 9-6 (1 hour not compensated for lunch).
