Pros

The people are nice and helpful. Get to work on OEM sites such as JLR and Aston Martin

Cons

Overall it's more like admin work rather than real engineering. The company doesn't offer much progression. It's also worrying that there are people there for +3 years and still graduates. Makes you feel that the company makes it really difficult for graduate to progress off the scheme. Apart from Ashorne Hill management course there isn't much training to help you progress and learn. It's also very difficult to move around the company to gain new skills. You can also find yourself doing repetitive work for a few years. It's a shame graduates don't have any rotation opportunities in order to network and learn new skills.
