      Pros

      Too traumatised from work bullying to think of any.

      Cons

      Current AUS management talks over everyone, kinda sexist and gets too comfortable with throwing everyone under the bus just to fit his own agendas. Also loves to play favourites. Poor work life balance.

      Constant change and downsizing you will never be safe

      Cons

      Constant downsizing and never ending strategy changes. It’s like working in a fever dream.
