Pros

Good benefits, decent paid time off, constant state of growth as all the competition is gobbled up one by one. Lone wolf workaholics are driven for as far as they will go, if that's your thing. Online training modules for distance learning, just no time to take part unless you are home and not getting paid to do them (aka for fun).

Cons

Selfish, old school branch management. Turnover is not addressed in a timely or complete fashion, forcing an untenable amount of expected multitasking from remaining staff. Everyone just has to suck it up and do more without regular annual performance reviews. No raises without threats and/or tantrums after ridiculous amounts of time being delayed and lied to. Staffing is hodge-podge, untitled, underpaid, demotivated to strive for the nothing they've come to accept, and yet, a core several have no intentions on going anywhere else because they want to see this work, because they are good employees in dire need of the proper amount of help. Delivery fleet vehicles are in various stages of somewhat embarrassing to highly dangerous. Morale is the lowest it has ever been. Management keeps everyone down and somehow expects better results. Nobody is ever fired regardless of how inept they are unless some corporate rule is broken and there's no way around it. I've had some bad jobs but none that were so awfully managed at the ground level.

Pros

Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

Cons

Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
