Toxic. Fast Paced. Political. Stressful. Blame culture. High turnover rate. No work life balance. Excessive micromanagement. Mess up once and you're done for. Efficiency is seen as having alot of free time. Co-workers cannot be fully trusted due to blame culture. Either get used to blaming subordinates or be looked down upon by peers.
