I struggled to see a clear path for progression, and there was limited encouragement to go beyond the scope of my role. When I did take on additional responsibilities, it often resulted in increased workload rather than meaningful recognition. While team acknowledgements were appreciated, they weren’t accompanied by tangible rewards.
At times, it felt as though roles not directly tied to revenue generation were perceived as less valuable. Additionally, there was a lack of support, and workloads often felt heavy. Decisions appeared to be primarily driven by cost-saving measures, which sometimes impacted morale and team sustainability.
