      The only thing you gain here is knowledge because you need to do almost everything

      Cons

      - High turnover. - Short staff. - Heavily focused on hiring interns. - You'll get paid as little as possible but need to work as much as you can. - Expecting an Intern can produce results the same as someone who has been working for 2-3 years. - Sometimes interns need to do OT without pay. - No work-life balance. - Trust me, you'll be mentally tired.

      Pros

      They treat me like a permanent staff and give KPI. I need to do the different job out of my job scopes. Also need to be a cleaner. The working hours is different from offer letter. Also the allowance is different from offer letter. Even the permanent is just not more than 10 people. Most of the workers is intern. They use intern.

      Cons

      There's no such thing can be count as cons.
