I can learn a lot of knowledge and skills in this company since it is a small company. I have learnt the skills like how to repair a machine for a simple issue, how to trace the source of the problem, how to assemble and disassemble several machines, and also how to draw a machine using SolidWorks. This company offers a wide range of opportunities for us to learn new things.
Cons
We always have to work overtime, especially during outstation or service because we have to complete the task before we can go back, and all the OT is not paid to us.
