Pros
The people I worked with in the office were wonderful although most are all gone now. Beautiful location, lots to learn since you will be basically learning how to run a small business and your role and responsibilities will probably change several times while you are there
Cons
No health benefits, retirement, job perks and low pay considering it is San Diego. Upper management does not have a clear vision for the future, and most decisions are made last minute. Constant turnover.
