Simple and easy, very friendly staff. Set up by CEO and current assistant. Overall a very non stressful interview. They asked stereotypical questions for the job, nothing caught me off guard or raised any red flags.
I applied online. I interviewed at La Jolla LearningWorks (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2021
Interview
I had a video interview with the head of the company. The interview was pretty ordinary, she explained the position, I explained my qualifications and how they would fit the position. Then there was a competency exam I filled out for them. You have an hour from the email to email back with your finished exam.
However, I do think it’s relevant for future candidates to know I received a date to hear results by, followed up several times, and was ghosted.

Question 1
In the exam, they asked me to proofread an email blast, sort priorities by Eisenhower's urgent/important principle, make an excel sheet of which marketing companies to use for a new waterbottle marketing material, and a customer scenarios exercise. You have to do as much as you can in the hour slotted for you.
