The company is Jewish which means they only promote from within their Hasidic community. There are no health benefits and the turnover rate is exceptionally high. People here usually last 6mos -1 yr at most. There is no organization nor communication and everyone in high positions executives , HR are within the same community, so don’t even think about bringing up a problem to HR because they are part of the community and have preferences for each other . I say if you’re ambitious, want to grow in a stable company with great benefits and employee morale DO NOT WORK HERE. There is a reason that the district of NEW YORK fined LabQ for bad business practices, both on the consumer end and on the employee end. Not to mention the supervisor for billing has been heard talking about the employees being sick behind their backs and HR has done nothing about it.
