-will work with your schedule. -access to newest movies and books -bosses are nice -closed on holidays -you make a little more than minimum wage, but not much
Cons
-coworkers. oftentimes have nothing better to do than gossip. if you're on their good side, everything goes smoothly. But there is always someone they pick on behind their back in particular. Typically newest person on staff. -management doesn't manage. Expect to be on your own when it comes to disputes. Management is frequently too nice and won't fire coworkers that are so bad that you will hate your shifts with them. Managers are all nice caring people, but they are not good at managing. -not enough hours available if you're looking for a job to support yourself. Mainly a job for people who want minimal responsibility and just some spending money.
