      Subsidized on-site daycare for employees Semi-flexible with parents with young children Option for hybrid working

      Cons

      No growth tracks, advancement is based on popularity not performance. Leadership is complacent and does not receive new ideas or suggestions well. Subtle retaliation when concerns are brought up. For the amount of work we’re expected to do, we were severely underpaid.

      Pros

      -Most people are nice -Onsite daycare for employees (but there is a waitlist) -Good products

      Cons

      -Strange Company Culture -Mass layoffs ( 3 in 9 months) -Reckless at throwing money at clients and built the second biggest building in Utah but wont spend money on employees and fixing problems. - Not a lot of tenure - Terrible leadership with too many people with lack of experience as C levels -Very old school and wont accept new ideas - Construction is very cheap
