Pros
Its a job that challenges you and brings out the best in you. If you give the company a 110% I've found they will give you the same. They care about the employees that are here for a career, and promote within to support that. Show up everyday with a good attitude and ready to work and you will find that the possibilities are endless. Company is growing and are working on filling positions to help with the work on the schedule.
Cons
Work loads can be heavier (due to the growth) from day to day. Can get stressful from time to time with the heavy work loads, but for the most part the people tend to handle it very well. Staying positive and a good attitude is key. Attendance and manpower has been an issue (due to the growth and trying to on-board new people) with the workers and the work load is then left on the individuals that are there and sometimes causes Saturdays to be a mandatory work day to meet shipments. I do see the company heading in the right direction to alleviate these problems though.
