      Pay is low. There's no respect from the manager. They don't care about your issues on the job, only their bottom line. They are homophobic as well.

      Pros

      The owner and the employees are good people. The fabricaton plant is exceptionally clean and safe.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement or raises. There is high turnover across all departments including the executive team. If your views do not align with the owner, you may be exited. The turnover makes it challenging to create trust and relationships necessary to establish great teams.
