Management is absolutely terrible. Disorganized is an understatement. They set policies in place and then don’t follow them. Co-workers are extremely rude and are not willing to work as a team. Company does not care about the patients or the staff Well-being or Safety. Pay is too low for what you encounter here. Unethical work practices. Unsafe work practices. When you file a complaint or document a report, higher ups do not care they don’t even follow up or offer any solutions.
