      Flexible remote work but poor workplace culture

      Flexible scheduling for remote work. A few remote coworkers genuinely care about clients.

      Cons

      Workplace culture has declined significantly over the last several years. Favoritism and internal office politics appear to influence decisions more than professionalism or ethics. Leadership feels disconnected from staff concerns, and accountability is inconsistent.

      Overtime is always available for pickup

      Cons

      Management is absolutely terrible. Disorganized is an understatement. They set policies in place and then don’t follow them. Co-workers are extremely rude and are not willing to work as a team. Company does not care about the patients or the staff Well-being or Safety. Pay is too low for what you encounter here. Unethical work practices. Unsafe work practices. When you file a complaint or document a report, higher ups do not care they don’t even follow up or offer any solutions.
