Pros

Meeting patients and helping them along the way.

Cons

-Roof has yet to be fixed, leaks and has to be a clear violation of some kind. -we are forced to undermine and sabotage the patients trust by calling their families behind their backs to get them to stay in the facility but as soon as their insurance is depleted we kick them straight to the curb -patients seen as $$$ instead of people -was told by a patient during one of his previous stays he and others were bribed into leaving positive Google reviews with packs of cigarettes (Patient enticement is illegal) -im not sure what kind of scams they are running with the financial dept but they end up scamming patients into signing agreements to pay for their stay if their insurance runs out and are billed later when they could just leave but again measures are taken to make people stay against them and their families wishes -this place is a revolving door for therapists some patients cycle through 3 or more in the past -the food is sub par at best -patients have complained during past stays being sent to transitional living flop houses and were exposed to high risk situations only to return to our facility in worse shape than before -the entire administration team is a joke, the clinical amd medical team do a great job (the best they can with what their given) -so many violations of safety precautions surrounding covid19 it's unreal, cases were kept on the hush hush and staff all congregate smoking cigarettes withing feet of eachother -heard talk about forcing experimental vaccine on staff which if this is the case I'll be leaving quick, fast and in a hurry. -so many unpaid bonuses it's a joke -staff mingles and has previous patients phone numbers in their personal phones which is no suprise really as nobody is issued a company phone despite the frequency we are instructed to use a phone in general -staff openly talks about inappropriate relations they've had in the past with current and former patients who have just left the facility STAY FAR AWAY!! if you love your family. I really don't see the attraction working here or really for the patients but they are sold pipe dreams over the phone and with all the phony reviews it's easy to see why people are fooled.

Pros

Presented with great benefits and work culture upon starting. Noble mission.

Cons

Upon being in the main office, the environment was not what it appeared. Higher-ups would get upset and start yelling or cussing throughout the floor. Staff walked on egg shells. Then they pulled amenities from the office. Then came the mass layoffs. Lack of security in your role. If you weren't friends with the right people, you were out first. Even if you were doing your work, that wasn't enough to secure a spot. Also pay consistency issues where checks were delayed despite working your hours. High stress and poor communication on where people stood. I wouldn't recommend.
