      Pros

      Hybrid model but very understanding about personal priorities, Great campus with gym, pool, two cafes, walking trails, bikes, collaborative and private work spaces. Leaders who trust and empower. Solution oriented teams with open minds.

      Cons

      Can be a little cliquey If you don't work on a big team. I personally have to try kind of hard to form friendships/community but I don't really mind cause I enjoy working independently and having my schedule managed primarily by me.

      No Drama, Helpful and friendly Leads, generally pleasant coworkers. Easy tasks. Nice schedule. Free Gym included

      Cons

      Outdated Facilities, sometimes stressfully fast paced, Overall fairly bleak workplace.
