Pros
Lane helps many people get a good start or enhance their careers. There are many deeply dedicated employees. Salary and benefits are good.
Cons
There is an alarmingly high level of dysfunction especially at upper levels of management. There is no protection for mid-level managers. When disgruntled union employees take a dislike to a manager and set out to harm the manager's career, upper management will stab the mid-manager in the back THEN throw her or him under the bus; arranging for the manager's departure without a word of thanks for hard work and accomplishment. The new president does not bring improvement to this travesty.
