Comfortable, Positive Work Environment - Anonymous employee Lawyer's Aid Service Employee Review

I love working for Lawyer's Aid Service because of the positive work environment. The managers are very approachable and accommodating. Employees have their own desks (no cubicles!) and some flexibility in terms of work schedule. I feel that I am being paid fairly for my time, and there are paid holidays. Because it is such small office, cross training is encouraged, which makes LAS a great learning opportunity for recent graduates like myself. New employees have some say in their training schedule, so it was a very comfortable transition.
