Worked with some talented people at LT. There isn't much micromangement. They let you do you work without bothering you much.

Cons

Work can seem very siloed. Collaboration between team members was scarce. Not a great place to learn. Trying to obtain information/documentation in order to do your job can be extremely difficult to say the least . Place was in need of a complete revamp top to bottom. I was discovering "new" broken things on a daily basis at times. Despite being a 24x7 environment, they run the place like a mom-and-pop shop. Some people go into the office, go home and may be expected to do a task or be called because the company can't figure out how to schedule people across a 24x5 work schedule--not to mention weekends. When I first started it was incredibly hard not to allow the chaos of work to bleed into my time or personal life. It didn't seem like there was any distinct separation between work vs. time off; it was just their time and if you had time off it's coincidental. Hopefully Datapipe can make something of the company.
