Pros

Could potentially be a great environment for innovation and creativity if you get on the right side with the right senior management. Great diversity of people, C class officers openly promoting their illicit recreational activities - if this was a club not a workspace.

Cons

Senior management changes their minds at the speed of lightening, a bunch of number crunches with no long-term focus. Expats and fresh grads in management positions yet displaying no leadership skills and HR is white worshipper, does not give a cent about employee wellbeing nor benefits unless you are an expat. Our team spent 6 months on a project which got shut down because business 'changed directions'. A month later CEO sends an appreciation email to the entire company commending the project and encouraging similar initiatives - looks like Max don't have much clue as to what happens in his company. For every 5 new employees I see that gets hired, 3 leaves. Says a lot about the company.

Pros

- Decent Pay vs other firms (good tech level) - Workload is not too crazy - Good infrastructure with data

Cons

- No direction clarity from management - A lot of influence from China - Not as competitive and innovative as its competitors - Working in silos and taking initiatives might not be valued and supported - Can grow quickly to manager level especially if the turnover rate is high - Not suitable for high achievers
