From my perspective, and those I worked closely with, the work culture requires a high degree of adaptability and emotional resilience to navigate effectively. I was not capable of meeting the expectations of Leadnomics leadership, so I made the decision to depart due to the feedback I received regarding my own inadequacies. I learned a lot from this experience!
