Pros

Having worked at Leap29 from 2007 - 2011 and then returning in 2016 I have first hand experience of how the company has changed over time - and it has changed significantly in a good way. Being in the recruitment industry for approaching 10 years Leap29 will offer support, excellent working environment, friendly colleagues, good incentives (Chester Races, The Dogs, holiday vouchers etc.) They have a fair commission structure, fair basic and offer realistic and achievable targets. More so, it feels more like a family rather than working for one of many other "cut throat" recruitment companies. Leap29 don't hire superstars - they build them. As a company they invest in your personal development, career / personal goals. Ultimately the better you become, the better Leap29 become so support from day one to anyone who is new to recruitment is critical.

Cons

Office Heating is too hot or cold!

Thank you for your review! It is fantastic to hear that Leap29 feels like a family and that you enjoy the culture and working environment. I hope that we have finally cracked the office temperature debate, we have had engineers change the controls so we can now set different temperatures in different zones in the office to suit everyone - no more woolly jumpers in July and Bermuda shorts in December! :)

Pros

Rob Byrom specifically I’ve been really lucky to work with. He’s a genuinely selfless manager who always puts his team first and cares about your development as well as how you’re doing personally, more than his own. It makes a huge difference having that kind of support.

Cons

I don’t have anything negative to say, it’s a great company with great people, and I’m very grateful for the experience
