    I have been working at Leap29 full-time

    Pros

Good training for all new starters and all new starters are given time to learn their market. Opportunities to progress your career and you are given a lot of autonomy in your role. Little micro management but advice there if you need it.

    Cons

Very little to complain about with the business. Would recommend to any person looking to enter a sales role.

I have been working at Leap29 (Less than a year)

    Pros

After relocating to Manchester, I was a bit nervous about moving to a new city and starting a new job – but everyone has been so friendly and welcoming!

The managers give you the right amount of guidance and freedom to succeed in your own way and they give lots of recognition for your hard work.

It’s a really positive, happy place to work, with tons of fun incentives and employee benefits – I couldn’t really ask for a better place to work.

    Cons

    Office is a bit cold!

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you’re doing!

I have been working at Leap29 full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Having worked at Leap29 from 2007 - 2011 and then returning in 2016 I have first hand experience of how the company has changed over time - and it has changed significantly in a good way. Being in the recruitment industry for approaching 10 years Leap29 will offer support, excellent working environment, friendly colleagues, good incentives (Chester Races, The Dogs, holiday vouchers etc.) They have a fair commission structure, fair basic and offer realistic and achievable targets. More so, it feels more like a family rather than working for one of many other "cut throat" recruitment companies. Leap29 don't hire superstars - they build them. As a company they invest in your personal development, career / personal goals. Ultimately the better you become, the better Leap29 become so support from day one to anyone who is new to recruitment is critical.

    Cons

Office Heating is too hot or cold!

    Advice to Management

Carry on with what you are doing!
