Pros
Good food and Good colleagues Relatively better pay in compared to nepali companies but very less compared to service company based in us.
Cons
1. Did not gave bonus to its employees despite having increased revenue 2. Culture is degrading 3. Salary increment is very low 4. Too much politics 5. Forces employees to quit 6. Very inaccessible infrastructure 7. So many benefits just for managers and not for engineers 8. ENGINEERING MANAGERS HAVE LITTLE OR NO EXPERIENCE BEING AN ENGINEER
